After Market Oil Cooler

All,
I tow an enclosed trailer and its well under the 5,000 lb but its tall and I have a parachute problem. Oil temp runs close to 250 unless I am going 65mph or less. I need to get to my dirt bike locations quicker than that.
Any sugettions?
