I have a 2024 Atlas Peak SE, which I've had for a year. I had an accident with a deer, and the repair took 6 months due to parts. The Engine Wiring Harness had to be changed, so I'm unsure if these issues are related.
1. When I'm driving and on a phone call via Wireless BT, my call will disconnect from the system and then reconnect periodically. It happens after being on the call for a couple of minutes, and then it will continue to happen about every 30 seconds to 2 minutes during the call. I have tried with the USB-C plugged in and unplugged. I have unpaired, rebooted, and then re-paired, and it still happens. The phone call on my phone does not disconnect, just disconnects from the CarPlay/wireless BT and then reconnects between 10 and 30 seconds later.
2. This weekend it was raining, and I had the automatic wipers setting on. At a stoplight, when I went to take off again (engine start back up), everything would freeze. Wipers froze in the middle of the windshield, interior lights blinked, etc. Happened 2 - 3 times.
Has anyone had any of these issues, and what was the resolution?

No deer encounters, no problems on my 2024 Peak SE . Suspect it is a repair issue/blunder..

 

I'm seeing now that several others are having this same issue with the phone disconnecting and reconneting to Apple CarPlay while on calls. Has anyone had success with the dealer installing an update to fix the problem? I have exhausted every possible solution that I can do on my own. All updates on iPhone have been made, I have unpaired the connection to the car multiple times, and established a new connection. I have removed all other devices from the Bluetooth (only my husbands' phone was paired)
Hopefully there is a recall on this soon as it's happening to so many people and not related to my deer encounter.
