Hello, I've searched the forum for this issue but the last one is a couple years old. I have an appt next week to diagnose whistling noise from the drivers side of my 2021 Cross Sport. One dealer has already told me they don't hear the issue and I'm taking it back to the dealer where I purchased. They say they'll need the car a couple weeks at least. It is a definite, without a doubt, annoying whistle/wind noise at high speeds and it's driving me up the wall. My question is, has anyone here opened a ticket with VW North America before taking their car to the dealer? Because I'll be renting a car during this time, I am wondering if opening a ticket prior to the appt might help resolve the situation. I'm okay without the car for a couple of weeks if the dealer will actually fix the problem, but I fear I'll be back and forth with them if I'm told the problem doesn't exist.
