Just picked up a 2021 Atlas and I am looking at trailer hitches. The one I would like to purchase is flagged on Amazon as not fitting the Atlas, however on eTrailer, it says it fits the 2018.

Apologies, total noob when it comes to towing, but isn’t everything pretty standard? 2” pipe, 2” ball, 5/8” pin, etc.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Any 2” hitch receiver will work. I actually have the exact same one you listed for my Atlas.

Did you upgrade your cooling system? The dealer is telling me the Atlas needs a special cooling system to tow up to 5000 lbs.

My Atlas is a 2021 and came with an installed hitch (factory installed I believe). My dealer said it was ready to tow other than the required 7-pin adapter plate I had to buy for $60.

Ok thank you! I am trying to see if there is a way to upgrade mine since it did not come with the tow package.
