Do I always need to enter the address for directions. Would rather enter golf course name or nearest hotel, Mexican restaurant, etc. Can I do that?

Goto navigation, select POI's from the menu then select the preset. It will automatically list the nearest POI. I am not sure if golf course is a POI, but it may be or under a different POI.

as for a search, i am not sure, i'll have to dive into it and check. Probably under POI menu. I would think there will be a search.

Could only find three POI, restaurants, gas and one other. Nothing for airport, golf, etc. unless I know specific address. Help if anyone knows a better way.

I am having the same issue. This nav system sure isn’t like their old system.
