My 2020 Atlas Cross sport just started doing the same. I was going to call the dealership today.Hey guys looking for a fix or if anyone else had this issue. I have a 2021 Atlas SEL 4 motion. The gps was working fine however when I went to use it yesterday it was way off. It did not have me driving on the street I was, it could not get the right route to my destination, and now in the app it shows my car in a different location than where it is. Any help us appreciated.

I am same issue on my Atlas SEL V6 2021. I went to VW service and they ordered a module which needs to be replaced as its faulty. That’s the only option to resolve this issue and it seems that it’s a nation wide issue.I’m having the same issue on my 2020 Atlas Cross Sport. I will take it in for service. It looks like the BT phone connection is also not working properly. If I answer a call, the person on the other end can’t hear me. Same issue with my wife’s phone as well. Any one else having this issue as well?
The new updated module from VW will fix the BT issue and nav. Thank youI’m having the same issue on my 2020 Atlas Cross Sport. I will take it in for service. ugh, same exact problem here with Bluetooth and navigation! I enjoyed my brand new 2021 atlas for three weeks without a problem, then the GPS started putting me several miles from where I actually was, and facing in the wrong direction. Shortly after that, I noticed that No one could hear me when I picked up calls. After reading this, I was hoping I could call ahead and have them order the module for me, but they say they have to scan the VIN in order to get the correct module. So I’m dropping the car off tomorrow to be scanned, then have to go back when the part comes in. That’s twice that I have to leave a brand new car at the dealership for this issue, and I can’t help but think that they should be aware of this issue, and fixing it before they hand over your new vehicle! Especially when I haven’t yet been contacted to give my requested 5 star review 🙄I’m having the same issue on my 2020 Atlas Cross Sport. I will take it in for service. I had the same issue Nav system was 50 miles off and my microphone stopped working as well. I was able to make calls but no one could hear me. Dropped it off to the service department and just picked it up from the dealership all fixed now. They said that there was a wire short from the head unit and the fin antenna on the roof. Service order stated "Removed OCU and 5F modules to check wires from T2ao to OCU and 5F module per 5F wiring diagram in wire. Found open circuit on both wires to both modules."Hey guys looking for a fix or if anyone else had this issue. I have a 2021 Atlas SEL 4 motion. Update: Opened a case with VW to look into issues and consider buy back options. We shouldn't pay for functionality that fails to this extent.Bought my Atlas Cross sport July 2020. Nav system flaked by November. Road sign display comes and goes. Weird issues with Sirius cutting off randomly or failing to change stations until I get a refresh. And the lane assist decides occasionally that I am not holding the wheel. Four trips to dealership, one body control module - back ordered three months - and a new GPS module later. Same issues.
My 2021 Atlas started to have the same problem - GPS location would start our fine but it would start to be off by a block or two and doesn’t know which direction the car is facing after driving for 5 to 10 minutes. I dropped the car off at the dealership last week and they claimed they replaced a faulty car net module. But the issue persists.Update: Opened a case with VW to look into issues and consider buy back options. We shouldn't pay for functionality that fails to this extent.
Have been trouble free since they replaced the modules AND the keys. Said they were using mine as an example to report on the process so hopefully others can be helped.Dealer had my 2021 with the same problem for several days. Replaced the Control Module for Emergency Call Module and Communication Unit but their diagnostics still showed intermittent communication failures. Finally they think they have a solution which involves replacing the keys. Seems weird but they are getting two new keys to replace current keys so we'll see how it goes once they arrive in a couple days.
Did you get update from them?Update: Opened a case with VW to look into issues and consider buy back options. We shouldn't pay for functionality that fails to this extent.
