I've run multiple tanks in each mode: Eco, Normal, and Sport. There is no noticeable difference in my MPG. I'm averaging 20 MPG.

Anyone else noticing no difference?

See my explanation above - the drive mode isn't going to do much for you, at least not enough to dick with. You can achieve very good mpgs using sport mode and have a much more drivable vehicle. The eco mode effectively changes some of the ACC and a/c settings in an attempt to achieve better mpgs and just upshifts very quickly which can be annoying around town.

So I was out yesterday for a ride and noticed I was running in Sport, only have 2000 miles on the vehicle so it just may have been in Sport most of the time. Been getting around 22 MPG.
Switched to normal, will see what happens to the MPG.
