Has anyone done the fog light DRL switchback?

After looking at swapping out the fog lights, I was doing some research and ran across July Kings' LED DRL switchback for the Atlas Teramont on Amazon, eBay, etc. But, has anyone tried comparing these to see if'd they'd 1) fit US versions 2) not illuminate with a cheap look. Great concept, but how well is the execution?
