Wanted to know your thoughts as we are now approaching Winter in Toronto. Dedicated winter tires? Or running All Terrain tires all year round? Or just keeping the all seasons which came with the vehicle. Trying to strike the right balance between having decent traction and not breaking the bank.

Unless you are able to avoid driving when there's a decent amount of snow/ice on the ground, then I would definitely recommend a set of dedicated winter tires. Last year wasnt terrible, but there was still a solid 15-20 days where driving all-seasons would have been a disaster. I'd suggest looking for deals on winters outside of city - even if you dont save a whole lot, there will be a way better selection. Also you save a bit on insurance if you have winters on.
