Firstly - please, forum etiquette...turn off the caps.

Gas gap issue/CEL isn't uncommon, tighten it. Did that light go off? What scan tool are you using/who is scanning it? The other...did you have a slip/loose traction by chance? If you clear them/they go away don't worry about it. If they keep coming back, dealer/warranty.

We are experiencing a similar issue. 2023 Atlas SE had 19 miles when we purchased. Drove it home and the check engine light came on the next day. Took it to dealer and they said it was low on oil and gave back to us. Now we’ve had for less then month about 500 miles and engine light came on again. Had to wait several days to get into dealer, called on Wednesday couldn’t get into a dealer for several days. Today is Wednesday, they’ve had it since Friday. Now they’re saying it’s an intake cam shaft sensor problem/valve? They had to give us a loaner cause we have family in town and headed to Atlanta. Not happy with our brand new Atlas so far.

Same thing happened to me. I bought the car on 23 Dec 22. The VW dealership told me they can't say what's wrong and kept the vehicle. Insane for a brand new car.
