Has anyone else experienced the infotainment system blackouts or continuous disconnection from their phone in a 2019 atlas cross sport? My car has been doing this and it’s getting pretty irritating and the dealership said they had changed out the whole infotainment system and updated the system but it’s still doing the same thing! I’ve mentioned to them about faulty wiring but they haven’t gotten back to me yet. Any idea or advices out there? TIA

On my 2019 Atlas I have one of those wireless carplay adapters. (Works good, you can connect wirelessly)
However, when my kids use the hot spot on my phone it disconnects from the carplay.
Not sure if that happens when your phone is plugged in wired or wireless...
