Blurry rear camera in Teramont (Atlas) 2022

I have the Volkswagen Teramont (in Saudi Arabi Atals is called Teramont) the 2022 model. Just one month after buying the car the rear camera started being blurry whenever being is use. It's under the VW warranty. Every time I take it to the service center, they say it needs software update. However, the problem persists after the software update.
Anybody is having the same issue?
