Atlas side steps

I want to install side steps to my 2021 Atlas. I found a very good installation video on youtube and found used side steps for very good price. Can you guys help me with few questions I have? Thank you in advance 😇
1. How many Floor Jack Adapter (Part# 000093860A) do I need?
2. I only see Aluminum Side Steps in parts.vw.com but did VW ever make all black side steps? Please see attached pic of both aluminum and black side step. I just want to make sure black one is OEM not aftermarket.
3. Installation video is for older model but is the installation process same for 2021 model? Link to youtube below.
