Welcome to the forum!
Keep in mind that the R-Line for the Atlas is an appearance package only. I have a white SE w/Tech R-Line with light beige interior for my daily driver and I really like it so far. I prefer the appearance of the R-Line compared to the other trims but that is personal preference. I also prefer the specific 20" wheels on the R-line. You'll have to decide if you want the extra features of the SEL versus the SE such as the power passenger seat, panoramic sunroof, etc. My SE w/Tech has the adaptive cruise control and lane keep assist which were important to me. It also has the trailer hitch. I'm ok without the sunroof and some of the other features of the SEL, but again, a personal preference.
I chose to not purchase the prepaid maintenance as I will pay for my service when I need it but I understand those that want to prepay for it. It makes life a little easier for your routine service but I don't know the math on the value of this.
Good luck with your purchase. Let us know what you end up with!
