Starting the buy back process. Im expercing the same problem with the steering and their lazy excuse is to replace the sway bar links. There is a tsb to correct the issue. Car has been at the dealer for a month and they dont know what the **** they are doing. Entire dashboard was taken apart to replace ac parts. No phone calls from Dealer on status updates not even once, i had to call. Lemon Law in NJ states 20 consecutive days out of service.

VW has agreed to buy my Atlas back and give me a rembursment of $5,700. My total payments so far on the lease were 6k. Downpayment was $2500. My trade in was 5k leftover from 13k i got for the car, the rest i got a check back and I got a settlement from VW for 8k last year cause I used a lawyer for this same car. Car has 14,700k miles. They also gave a $2,500 coupon if i want to buy another VW. Trying decide what im going to do
