Hello,

We just purchased a 2019 Atlas and have not been able to get the bluetooth to work consistently at all. It constantly disconnects, won't reconnect, and won't use the audio. It seems that we have to "forget" the phone from the car and the vehicle from the phone multiple times per day. It gets even worse after connecting through Apple Car Play. We have tried with both my wife's iPhone 11 and my Samsung Android. Neither will work. Has anyone else had this issue and been able to solve it?

We have tried a hard reset on the infotainment system and taken it to the dealer with no solution.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I hope the link that GregMJr provided works, I had the dealer set mine up and everything worked then a month later I got a new
phone and the Verizon dealer was able to wave the magic wand and all is good.
